The process of E-Mark certification:
 

1.       Preliminary consultation of E-Mark certification
2.       Applicant submit the application form, and receiving the application
3.       manufacturers to prepare technical information and samples
4.       testing
5.       The first application need factory inspection (the manufacturers which have received the European Union certification authority issued by the ISO9000 and other quality system certification, they do not have to make a factory inspection)
6.       Test report and technical data for manufacturers
7.       European National Transportation Department issue the certificate (certification authority may have a regular or occasional follow-up inspection for the certified products). --------Construction machinery CE certification
