1.    A product with GS certification mark was unconformity with the GS certified product which applies.

3.    Product defects were not found in the testing process, but Expose the defect after obtaining the certification
4.    The renewal of the laws and regulations resulted the certification of the products cannot meet the requirements of the German law
5.    GS certification mark is used to mislead consumers or used to illegal advertising
6.    Find product defect or factory problem in product recovery
7.    The behaviors of malicious default of certification body costs and refuse payment.  
When the electronic and electrical products to enter the German market, the buyer will require the product to get GS logo, there are many certification bodies can issue the logo, From Germany there are: VDE, TUV Rheinlander;  TUV PS; RWTUV ; LGA; ETS ；
