The process of CE certification application 

1. The Laboratory related to Manufacturer (in after referred to as the laboratory) have a preliminary application for oral or written. 

2. Applicants fill in the CE-marking application form, and send the application form, product specification and technical documentation to the laboratory (if necessary, there are also requested the applicant company to provide a prototype).

3. Laboratory to ensure the inspection standards and items to quoted price.

4. Applicants to confirm the quotation, and send the samples and related technical documents to the laboratory.

5. The applicant to provide technical documents.

6. Laboratory sends the fee notice to applicant, the applicant according to the fee notice to give the authentication fee. 

7. Laboratory to conduct product testing and review of technical documents. 

8. Review the technical documentation are includes:

a. the document is complete or not.

b. whether the document are written according to the official language of the European Community 

9. If the technical documentation is not complete or use the nonstandard language, Laboratory will notice to applicant to improve.  

10. If the test is not qualified, Laboratory will notice to applicant to improve. So, until the test is qualified. The applicant shall change the technical information of the original application to reflect the actual situation after the change.

11. The rectification cost in 9 and 10 that the laboratory will be issued to the applicant of the supplementary fee notice. 

12. The applicant will pay the cost of rectification according to fee notice. 

13. Laboratory provide the test report or technical documentation（TCF）,CE compliance certificate (COC) and CE logo to the applicant.

14. The applicant signed with CE to ensure the self declaration, and attached the CE mark in the product.
