The Introduction of FCC certification
FCC(Federal Communications Commission) was established by COMMUNICATIONACT in 1934 and as an independent agency of the United States government, which is directly responsible to the Congress. FCC coordinates the domestic and international communication with radio, television, telecommunications, satellite, and cable. It involve more than and 50 states, such as Columbia and the United States. In order to ensure the products safety of radio and wire communication that related to life and property, the FCC Office of Engineering and Technology is responsible for technical support of the committee, and responsible for the affairs of equipment approval. Many radio applications, communications products and digital products want to enter the U.S. market, are required to be recognized by FCC. FCC committee to investigate and study the various stages of product safety in order to find the best way to solve the problem, at the same time, FCC also includes radio equipment detection, and aircraft detection etc..
 
According to the relevant provisions of the Federal Communications regulations (CFR 47 part), All electronic products to enter the United States need EMC certification (except for products with special provisions) there are three kinds of authentication methods: Certification、DoC、Verification. There is a big difference between those three kinds of certification and procedures; FCC has the relevant provisions of different products’ authentication mode. In view of these three kinds of certification, the FCC Committee of each test room also has the relevant requirements.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) -- Manage the import and the devices of use of radio frequency, including computer, fax machine, electronic device, radio receiver and radio transmission equipment, remote control toys, telephones, personal computer and other products which possible harm to personal safety. If these products want to export to the United States, they must be detected and approved by the government authorized laboratory according to the FCC technical standards. The importer and the customs agent shall declare each radio frequency device to meet the FCC standard, which is FCC license.

Certification is the process of FCC based on the application and test data to sign the equipment approval.
 
FCC Part 15
FCC Part 15 has made provision for intentional, unintentional or instantaneous launch equipment and made provision for the launch equipment without personal license.
 
FCC Part 15 is aim at RF products, mainly divided into four categories: unintentional launching device, intentional launching device, personal communication equipment, and country's basic information equipment without license.
 
Almost all electrical and electronic equipment will contain unintentional emission.
 
FCC Part 18
FCC Part 18 has made provision for the emission of electromagnetic energy in some industrial, scientific and medical equipment (ISM), to avoid harmful interference to the authorized wireless communication service. For consume ISM devices, the authentication model are declaration of Conformity (DoC) and Certification.
