The information of FCC certification applications need to provide
 

1.       Full name and detailed contact address of the manufacturer who applies for the certification product and the applicant for certification
2.       A copy of the installation and manual of the certified product which to be supplied to the user (if the product does not have a user manual, you can provide a rough copy of the relevant content.)
3.       Electrical schematic and working principle of the product. (if a product has a ground or antenna, it should be described)
4.       Oscillating frequency meter for the work of the product, the propagation path of the signal and the corresponding oscillation frequency should be listed in the table.
5.       Other features of the product that needs to be explained.
 
Remarks
1.        Relevant documents should be in Chinese and English.
2.       In order to shorten the authentication cycle, the data provided is preferably in the form of an electronic document
3.       In the process of certification, for some special cases, enterprises may need to pay other relevant information.
