1.       Declaration of conformity: the product responsible party (manufacturer or importer) detect the product from the FCC designated qualified testing agency, and make a test report, If the product conforms to FCC standard, just add the corresponding label on the product, declare in user's manual compliance with FCC standards, and retain test reports for FCC requests.
 
2.       If you want to apply for ID, first need to apply for a FRN that used to fill in other forms. If the applicant is the first application for FCC ID, you need to apply for a permanent Grantee Code. While waiting for FCC approval to distribute to the applicant Grantee Code, the applicant should make the best use of the time to test the equipment. When prepare all the information and the test report is done, FCC should have been approved the Grantee Code. The applicant uses this Code, testing reports and requirements of materials to fulfill the Form 731 and Form 159. When FCC received Form 159 and remittance, they began to accept certification applications. The average time is around 60 days to accept the FCC ID. At the end of the admissibility, FCC will send the FCC Original Grant ID applicant. Applicants can get the certificate to sell or export the corresponding products.
