List of documents to be submitted for PSE certification
 

The list of documents required to apply for PSE certification in Japan consists of the following 9 sections:
1.         PSE certification application;
2.         Factory inspection form;
3.         Copy of the business license of the applicant, manufacturer and producer;
4.         Product manual;
5.         A description of the differences between each model product in the same application unit;
6.         List of key components and / or main raw materials;
7.         Product size drawings, general assembly drawings and dimensional drawings of each part;
8.         Certificate of authorization issued by the manufacturer (when applicable)
9.         And other required documents.
