Application process for ROHS testing --- ETL certification body
 

The application process of the ROHS testing can be divided into the following steps:
1.       Fill in ROHS application form, then send the test sample to my company or send the sample (with application form) though express delivery to my company. Please pay attention to following items of the application form:
a.       Requires a clear handwriting, such as the number 0 and the English letter O, number 5 and the English letter S, the number 1 and the English letter I, the number 9 and the English letter P, the number 2 and the English letter Z which need to indicate clearly.
b.       Clearly fill out the ROHS test requirements, as far as possible to indicate the standard or test methods which were used.
c.       Clearly to choice the service properties；Work day are the time for oral notice of the results, which not including holidays, send samples, collection, report production and delivery time.
d.       Select the way to get the report clearly, Fill out the Chinese address for the report delivery that in order to accurately posting report
e.       Signature and cover official seal
f.        Each time we test, we will provide an English report or a Chinese report, when fill in the application form please indicate which version is required. (in the upper right of the application form), if you need both English and Chinese report, you have to charge RMB200 for fee.
g.       Once the test report is issued, if customers fill in error or left out the test in the application form which cause test report by mistake. they need to take the consequences of their own. Each report the modification cost is RMB100 yuan.
2.       Pay the Test cost when send the sample, if the sample send to our company, related person will fax the payment notice to the customer so the customer shall be pay the cost of testing to account, and fax the remittance receipt to our reference, when we confirm that the test fee are receipt then we will arrange the test.
3.        After the test is completed, Laboratory person will fax the report to your company then according to the application form to choose the way deal with.
