3.  When making the same product in different countries, the applicant shall submit an application to each of the countries in which he is represented.
4.  If the applicant is non member state of CCB and is applying for an enterprise agent of a non member state, the additional fees must be paid for each application. The amount of the surcharge is determined by the Management Committee of the IECEE. Unless otherwise agreed, the surcharge shall be charged by the CCEE handling the application, and remit to the IECEE Secretariat, deposited in the CB system into account. Note: Wholly owned enterprises are handled by foreign enterprises and joint ventures in accordance with domestic enterprises.
 
(2)     Preparation before application
Any applicant who has the status of a legal person, When the product is ready to be sold to the world market, it is necessary to make it conform to the IEC standard adopted in the CB system during the product development and design stage (see Table 1), At the same time, we must consider the differences between the CCB member countries' standards and the 1EC standards. (3)     Application procedure
1.   After completing the preparation for the application, the applicant will contact the CCEE secretariat, to request for CCB unified printed CB test certificate (see Figure 2). 2. The CCEE Secretariat will send the application form, application procedures and cost requirements to the applicant upon receipt of the letter from the enterprise.

When the applicant received the CCEE Secretariat sent the CB application and relevant information, Fill in the application form (English, typing) and submit four copies (one original, three copies) to the CCEE Secretariat as a formal application, The applicant keeps a copy of the document on file and pays the necessary fees.
4.  If the applicant needs CCEE to prove that his product is satisfied the differences between the national standards of China or other exporting countries and the corresponding LC standards, Then, when submitting the application, may request to issue an application for the test report including these differences, Applicants are required to pay the additional test fees, which are subject to the relevant standards of the fees.
5.  the Secretariat of CCEE shall notify the applicant within two weeks of receipt of the fees submitted by the applicant, and to the subordinate the CB laboratory issued the CB test task notice (based on the division of labor in the CB laboratory, or  bargain on relevant institution to decide the laboratory for tasks).
6.  After receiving the notification, the applicant shall send the sample to the designated CB laboratory according to the request of the notification.
(4)      If the CB test result is qualified, The cB test certificate is issued to the applicant by ccEE, and the original copy of the CB test report is attached, If the application contains a discrepancy test, an additional test report shall be attached.
