Introduction to PSB Certification
Singapore's Commerce and Industry Bureau announces consumer goods. — The declared CONTROLLEDGOODS must meet the safety standards. The Singapore Consumer Protection (Safety Specification) Registration Scheme also has this requirement.
Before the products enter Singapore, the company with tax registration in Singapore must be the holder of the PSB application (the company provides Singapore business, which can be used as the holder of PSB certification). Products can only be sold in Singapore after obtaining a PSB.
The license issuing unit PSB (ProductivityandStandardBoardofSingapore). A. The certificate holder is a local company number in Singapore, without factory inspection and annual fee. B. Validity period of the certificate: three years. c, if the product has Plug, SS246 test certification report should be presented d, product certification no “ Series ” Application (Each certificate can only cover a single model)
1, Singapore voltage is AC230V/50Hz2, the certificate holder must be a locally registered representative company
Certification: Safety mark to be placed on product
Document requirements: security testing;
CB Certificate and Test report valid within 3 years (English only)
All reports issued by PSBCorporation or accredited testing laboratories according to Singapore standards
Report issued by an independent laboratory recognized by the Singapore Laboratory Registration System

Singapore Safety Regulation Application Authorization Letter (Singapore local representative company letter paper)
If the CB certificate holder is different from the local representative company in Singapore, the CB certificate holder must present the authorization letter

The Standards Productivity and Reform Commission of Singapore (SpringSingapore) is a product safety agency established by the Ministry of Trade and Industry to administer the Consumer Protection (Product Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme (CPS Scheme). On 1 April 2002, Consumer Protection Regulation No. 1991 was replaced by Consumer Protection Regulation No. 2002. The new rules require that compliance with product safety should be based on tests conducted by third-party certification bodies. At present, there are 45 categories of products belonging to the control category of compulsory certification products.
