Construction machinery is an important part of China's equipment industry. Generally speaking, the mechanical equipment necessary for earth and rock construction projects, road construction and maintenance, mobile lifting handling operations and comprehensive mechanized construction projects required by various construction projects are called construction machinery. It is mainly used in national defense construction projects, transportation construction, energy industry construction and production, mining and other raw material industry construction and production, agriculture, forestry and water conservancy construction, industrial and civil construction, urban construction, environmental protection and other fields.     Mining machinery such as single-bucket excavator (which can be divided into crawler excavator and tire excavator), multi-bucket excavator (which can be divided into wheel bucket excavator and chain bucket excavator), multi-bucket trencher (which can be divided wheel bucket trencher and chain bucket trencher), rolling excavator, milling excavator, tunnel boring machine (including shield trench machinery) and so on.

 

    CE certification mark requirements :

 

* The CE mark must be affixed in a prominent position on the product, which should be clear and legible and not easy to apply. Under normal circumstances, the CE mark is affixed to the product or its parameter label; If the CE mark cannot be affixed directly to the product, it can also be affixed to the packaging of the product or the documents accompanying the product, provided that the reason why the CE mark cannot be affixed to the product is proved.

* The minimum height of the CE mark shall not be less than 5mm, and if it is reduced or expanded, it should be carried out in proportion.

* The Notified Body (NB) may participate in conformity assessment activities at the design, production or entire (including design and production) stages depending on the conformity assessment procedure adopted. If NB participates in the conformity assessment procedure at the production stage, the number of NB shall be placed after the CE marking. If more than one NB is involved in conformity assessment at the production stage, the CE mark will be followed by several numbers.

* The CE mark and its NB number may also be affixed in other countries, i.e. if the product is subject to conformity assessment activities carried out in that country by a notified body in Europe in accordance with the requirements of the Directive.

Major test items or reports to be completed for certification:

- Type approval certificate for the engine in accordance with Directive 97/68/EC;

- Experimental reports obtained for the braking system;

- Rotary brake test report;

- Experimental reports obtained from the front guard (as required);

- Noise at the operating position;

- Environmental noise test report of the machine;

- Provide the EMC test report of the whole machine or the electrical parts used in the whole machine have obtained CE certification;

- Vibration test report.
