It aims at the advancement of the company's quality and competitiveness and environmental protection.
In accordance with Royal Decree 1614/1985 of 26 February 1986, AENOR was designated by order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy to carry out these activities, and was recognized as a standardization body and issued by Royal Decree 2200/1995 as a certification body by Industrial Law 21/1992.
In Spain, AENOR is the certification leader, having issued nearly 18,000 ISO9001 quality management certificates, more than 3,000 ISO14001 environmental management certificates and nearly 72,000 products bearing the AENOR mark.
