EPA Certification Process
One. EPA Certification Consultation
You can either call, fax, email, etc., to us to make a preliminary application intention (such as: which types of products, what certification to apply for, specific models and specifications, product samples and descriptions, etc.).
According to the general situation provided by you, we will recommend the best certification scheme to you, put forward the pre-test documents and drawings and other information requirements, and make a preliminary estimate of the relevant costs. At the same time, we will provide you with "Application", "Agent authorization Notice" and other documents for filling in.
Two. EPA Certification Application
Please return the signed and sealed "Application" and "Notice of Authorization" to our company, and prepare relevant information as required;
After receiving the above documents and information, we will formally accept the application and establish the project number, and draw up the "Certification Agency Agreement" (a certification business treaty concluded by both parties to clarify mutual responsibilities and obligations, in duplicate).
Three. Sign
Please return the above Agreement signed and sealed to our company, and pay relevant fees according to the terms of the Agreement;
After receiving the signed and sealed Agreement and the relevant payment voucher, we will appoint the project engineer to be responsible for the project, and select the appropriate laboratory and engineer to contact.
Four. Technical Support (optional)
Upon your request, our project engineers will explain to you the standards and safety requirements related to your product; Arrange mapping tests and structural pre-inspection; Translate Chinese materials into English, etc.
The cost level of the above technical support will be determined according to the specific workload.
Five. Ready for inspection
Our project engineers will give you timely feedback on the progress of the contact with the certification body, and inform you of the sample requirements and exact fees for testing or repeated tests, as well as a series of documents required to be signed by the certification body (such as the certification body's application form, structural parameters, tracking service agreement, etc.).
Please prepare the samples, documents and test fees as required and send them to our project engineer.
Six. Send for inspection
Our project engineers will submit the samples, materials and costs provided by you to the corresponding certification body or laboratory, and timely track the progress of the certification project, feedback test information until the end of the project.
Seven. Repeat test
If there are unqualified items in the test, you can rectify the sample, send the sample again, and repeat the test; It is also possible to cancel the project and apply again when it is mature.
Our engineers will advise and assist you with sample rectification.
Eight. Passed product testing and document audit, obtained certificate ;
Nine. Follow-up Service (optional)
After the certification, we provide some appropriate value-added services free of charge, and can provide a series of annual services according to your different requirements, such as: translation of correspondence and information, payment of fees, replacement of modified pages, application for changes, etc.
