Recently, the European Security Union has made it clear that personal protective equipment (PPE) such as protective masks need to meet the requirements of REACH regulations.
Following ECHA's public consultation on the 21st update to the List of Substances of high Concern for REACH-SVHC, three more substances are proposed to be added to the SVHC list. If the three proposed substances are finally identified as REACH-SVHC, along with tert-Butylphenol 4-tert-Butylphenol, which has previously been recognized as SVHC by the European Union, it is possible that 205 substances will be tested on the REACH-SVHC substances of high Concern list in July this year.

The EU market REACH testing regulations are updated frequently, the requirements are increasingly strict, the SVHC highly concerned substances in the bill has increased to 205, how to ensure that the product does not contain limited chemical substances, to ensure that the product meets the latest test requirements of EU regulations, has become the key to whether the product can win the EU market.

On December 20, 2017, the European Commission of Member States (MSC) agreed to adopt seven substances as eighteen batches of SVHC substances and added this to the hazardous properties of bisphenol A (BPA) : endocrine disruptors (Article  57(f)  –   Bisphenol A was previously included in the 16th batch of SVHC list due to its reproductive toxicity. ECHA  In 2018  In January, seven substances were added to the SVHC list and the existing BPA provisions were updated, increasing the SVHC list to 181. On September 4, 2018, the European Chemicals Agency (European   Chemicals  The Agency, ECHA, officially released the 20th batch of candidates for REACH Substances of high Concern for public consultation, proposing to introduce 4,4' -(1, 3-dimethyl butyl) diphenol, benzo (k) fluoranthrene, fluoranthrene, phenanthrene, pyrene, perfluorocaproic acid and its ammonium salts were listed as substances of high concern (Substances& NBSP; of  Very  High  Concern, SVHC) list, SVHC list increased to 201 items.
