VZQC2 Certification Introduction:  

 

1. This is a term. Recognized   Component   Traceability   Program;    

2, this certification is for the assembly of semi-finished products used in AV, IT, telecommunications equipment;  

3. Semi-finished products manufacturers do not need to apply for this certification service repeatedly for different semi-finished products;  

4, VZQC2 certification is not like Split   The complete structure of the semi-finished product should be described in the semi-finished product supplier's UL report.                                                                                                                      
5. For semi-finished product manufacturers, obtaining VZQC2 certification opens the door of major finished product manufacturers for your products.  

 

  Division of labor between finished product manufacturers and semi-finished product manufacturers:

    1) For manufacturers of the most terminal products.

    - No significant differences; Means that all safety-controlled parts are described in UL reports as required by practice.

    -- But an additional sub-assembly specifications is required.

    The specification of the semi-finished product shall conform to the description of the semi-finished product in the UL report of the final product.

    For Sub-Assembler(contract manufacturer):  For sub-assembler (contract manufacturer):& NBSP;

    Ensure that each batch of semi-finished product is manufactured and shipped according to the above specifications, and Recognized Sub-Assembly Marking is attached to each batch of shipment to ensure that the batch or in compliance with VZQC2 regulations.
