2. Product control scope of TISI

3) TISI Green Label: In partnership with the Thai Ministry of Environment, a green label program has been launched. To reduce environmental pollution and encourage manufacturers to apply clean technologies, approved products can be labelled green.

TISI product certification is based on the following two points:
2) The manufacturer has a complete quality control system to ensure that the product meets the standards.
1) Receive application/review documents/registration;
3) Factory quality control system assessment and product samples/preparation reports;
5) Evaluate/conclude/inform the applicant of the result;
(The whole cycle is about 43 working days).

1) Evaluation of the manufacturer's quality control system;
1) Evaluation of the manufacturer's quality control system:
1.1) Factory visit and/or evaluation: Evaluation of the manufacturer's quality control process and quality control system documentation by TISI personnel during the factory visit.
a) Accredited ISO 9000 certification body by the National Accreditation Council of Thailand (ONAC);
If the manufacturer's certified quality management system is inconsistent with the special requirements of the product certification and the general requirements of the product quality control system or the quality management system is incomplete, TISI may re-evaluate these items.
1) Samples are taken by TISI personnel to designated laboratories or laboratories authorized in Thailand or approved by IPSC for testing.
3) If tests are carried out in an IPSC-approved laboratory, the test report assessment for product sample tests is waived. However, the test report is inconsistent or incomplete with the corresponding standards and special requirements of the product certificate, TISI may take samples to test the inconsistent items.
1) Routine supervision: supervision of the quality control system; Supervision of certified product quality.
2) Certified product quality supervision: take samples from the factory to the designated laboratory for testing; Samples are taken and tested in the factory. Take samples from the market to the designated laboratory for testing; Samples are taken from each batch of imports to the designated laboratory for testing.
