Size of the CE mark
 

Since 1990, the European toy product CE mark has been strictly implemented. However, when domestic toy manufacturers print CE mark on products or packaging, It is not made in accordance with the relevant size regulations.

 

Our company hereby calls on domestic manufacturers to pay attention to the CE mark, trade name, trade mark, address of European market agent and importer on toys, which must be pasted or printed on the toy body or other packaging in an obvious and easy to read style. If the toy is too small in size, or is composed of small parts, the relevant information can be printed on the toy package or catalogue. In Europe, for the size of the CE mark, there are packaging regulations, wherein the height of the CE word should be at least 5mm, and the total length of the CE word should not exceed 12mm, and the width of the CE font should not be less than 1/5.

 

The thickness should be at least 1/5 of the height (in this case at least 20× 1/5 = 4mm), the outer radius is 10mm, and the inner transverse column should have at least 80% of the outer radius (10× 0.8 = 8mm), 2 cm high CE mark, the content of the mark should include warnings and precautions printed in the local market language. Name, trademark and address of manufacturer or authorized agent or importer. Compliant CE.
