In accordance with the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Certification and Accreditation Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China, it is decided to implement mandatory product certification for some fire protection products (see the annex for the list).
Since January 1, 2013, all fire protection products included in this mandatory product certification catalogue, have not obtained the mandatory product certification certificate and have not marked the mandatory certification mark, may not be exported, sold, imported or used in other business activities.
Since October 1, 2011, the client may propose the certification of the certified product to the designated certification body.
Companies in need of certification can consult with Xingyuan Electronic Agency to understand the certification process and requirements.
