The ROHS test application process can be divided into the following steps:
1. Fill in the ROHS test application form and send it to our company together with the sample, or send the sample (with the application form) to our company through the Courier company. Please pay special attention to the following items in the application form:
1, the handwriting must be clear, such as the number 0 and the letter O, the number 5 and the letter S, the number 1 and the letter I, the number 9 and the letter P, the number 2 and the letter Z must be clearly marked.
2, clearly fill in the ROHS test requirements, as far as possible to indicate the use of standards or test methods
3, clearly select the nature of the service; Working days are for oral notification of results, excluding holidays, sample delivery, receipt, report preparation and mailing time.
4, clearly select the way to get the report, fill in the Chinese address of the report delivery, in order to accurately post the report.
5, signature and seal.
6. For each test, we will provide one English report or one Chinese report. Please indicate which version is required when filling in the application form (it is indicated in the upper right corner of the application form). If both Chinese and English reports are required, RMB200 will be charged;
7. Once the formal test report has been compiled and printed, if the test report is incorrectly compiled and printed due to the customer's incorrect filling or omission of the test application form, the customer shall bear the consequences. The modification fee for each report will be RMB100.
2. The test fee shall be paid when the sample is delivered. If the sample is sent to our company by express delivery, the relevant personnel will fax the payment notice to the customer first. The customer shall remit the test fee to our account and fax the remittance voucher to our company for storage.

3. After the test is completed, the relevant personnel of the laboratory will fax the report to your company first, and then handle it according to the report collection method selected by the customer on the application form.
