CCC Certification Application process
The application form contains information about the applicant, the manufacturer, the manufacturer and the product. Each type of product should be applied for separately. The same model, different manufacturers of goods should also apply separately.
Stage 1: Application accepted
Upon receipt of an application that meets the requirements, CQC issues a notice of acceptance to the applicant, notifying the applicant to send or send the relevant documents and information. The application phase changes to 1.
At the same time, the CQC sends the relevant charges and notices.
The applicant shall provide the information to the CQC as requested.
After payment, please fill in the payment voucher as required.
Phase 2: Data review
At the data review stage, the product certification engineer needs to divide the application into units.
After the unit division, if sample testing is required, the product certification engineer sends the sample delivery notice to the applicant and the corresponding payment notice, at the same time, the applicant is notified to send the sample receipt notice to the corresponding testing institution.
Stage 3: Receiving samples
The sample shall be directly submitted to the designated testing institution by the applicant.
After payment, please fill in the payment voucher as required.
The testing agency will accept the samples received by telephone, fill in the sample acceptance report, and issue the sample rectification notice for the unqualified samples, and fill in the sample acceptance report after the rectification.
After sample acceptance, the testing institution shall fill in the sample testing progress report to CQC.
After receiving the sample testing progress, CQC will issue a formal acceptance notice to the applicant after confirming that the relevant fees of the applicant have been paid off, issue a testing assignment to the testing institution, and officially start the sample testing.
Stage 4: Sample test
In the course of sample testing, the applicant shall rectify the non-conformance in accordance with the sample test rectification notice.
After the sample test is completed, the testing institution shall fill in the sample test result notice.
The testing institution also transmits the test report and other data to the CQC.
Stage 5: Factory review
For applications requiring a factory review, the Inspection Office organizes a factory review.
Stage 6: Conformity assessment
Product certification engineers collect and organize the results of each stage, and conduct preliminary evaluation.
The conformity assessment personnel will re-evaluate the above results.
Stage 7: Certificate approval

The applicant prints the receipt and takes it by himself or asks for the certificate to be sent.
