Certification application steps

 

(1) Submit an application for intent to the designated certification body, which shall include the following:

 

Applicant information, manufacturer information, such as: name, address, contact person, contact information, etc.;

 

Production plant information (including quality system status and system certification, etc.);

 

Product names, models, specifications, trademarks, etc.;

 

In addition, it is also necessary to provide the relevant information of the product, such as: product manual, maintenance manual, product assembly drawing, working (electrical) schematic diagram, circuit diagram, component configuration diagram, product safety performance inspection report, safety critical parts list, etc. Customs declaration, inspection if the applied product is electrical products, need to do electromagnetic compatibility type test, but also need to provide the following technical information:

Two, in principle according to the model application:

 

(1) Products of the same model produced by different production plants or products of the same model produced by the same production plant in different locations should be applied for separately.

5, CCC certification body to the applicant to send CCC product certification quotation. The quotation includes the details of the certification fee, product name and model, testing standards and sample quantity.

 

6. After the applicant signs and seals on the quotation and returns, the CCC certification body issues the task notice to the business representative, entrusts the business representative to sign the certification contract with the applicant, and sends a formal application to the applicant. The application form includes the information to be supplemented, the responsibilities of the applicant and the Quality System Questionnaire to be attached.

 

7, customs declaration, inspection, when the following conditions are met, that is, enter the sample testing stage, CCC certification body will issue a task notice to the relevant subcontracting laboratory, notify the laboratory to receive samples for testing:

 

1, the applicant has filled in and signed and stamped in accordance with the requirements, return the quotation, the formal "application" and product certification contract;

 

2, the applicant has submitted all the required application materials;

 

3. The applicant has sent the sample to the designated place according to the sample delivery list;

CCC Product certification Center Product certification department also accepts product certification requests from foreign applicants, processing procedures and requirements are the same as for domestic applicants.
 

 

3. The applicant shall pay the relevant fees in the manner agreed in the contract.
