List of certification materials
1. Documents to be provided when the initial application or relevant information is changed.
Application for mandatory product certification;
Copy of the applicant's "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person" or registration certificate (provided at the time of initial application or change);
Organizational chart of the production plant (provided upon initial application or change);
Process flow chart of certified products (provided for initial application or change);
List of key instruments and equipment for routine inspection (see Certification implementation Rules factory quality control inspection requirements) (provided at the time of initial application or change);
Product assembly drawing, electrical schematic diagram;
Application for certification of products in Chinese name plate and warning mark (in duplicate);
Application for certified product manual in Chinese;
Description of the differences between different types of products in the same application unit;
The appearance photos of each type of product in the same application unit (in duplicate);
Other relevant information required when necessary (if there is a CB test report please provide).
II. Documents to be provided when applying for similar products again
1, mandatory product certification application;
2, product assembly drawing, electrical schematic diagram;
3. Application for Chinese nameplate and warning mark of certified products (in duplicate);
4, apply for certified products in Chinese instruction manual;
5. Description of the differences between different types of products in the same application unit;
6. The appearance photos of each type of product in the same application unit (in duplicate);
7, when required to provide other relevant information (if there is a CB test report please provide).
3C Mandatory certification product testing document list
The following information should be provided when sending samples for product testing:
Sample delivery registration form;
CCC application details;
Product specification;
Product specifications;
Product maintenance manual;
Product circuit diagram (including schematic diagram and printed brush circuit layout);
Description of the difference between the main model product and the covered model product in the same application unit;
A list of safety-related key components of the product and a list of major components that have an impact on electromagnetic compatibility performance;
Copy of key safety component certificate;
CB test certificate and report of the product (if any);
A trademark authorization letter for the product (if any);
