China Quality Certification Center on May 4, 2011 issued the "CQC12-465313-2010 Lamps and lamps for power guide system safety and electromagnetic compatibility certification Rules" the second revised version, adding Appendix 3, LED road/tunnel lighting products safety and electromagnetic compatibility certification requirements are specifically explained. At the same time, the corresponding product standard GB/T18595-2001 is added.

 

        In addition to meeting all safety and electromagnetic compatibility testing requirements for road and street lighting fixtures, LED road/tunnel lighting products should also be tested in accordance with the requirements of the surge section of GB/T18595-2001 "Electromagnetic Compatibility Immunity requirements for General lighting Equipment" in accordance with GB/T17626.5. For the application of energy-saving certification of LED road/tunnel lighting products, some of the provisions of the safety certification and traditional street lights are different, the difference terms are: marking, dust, solid foreign matter and waterproof, weight, applicable working requirements.

 

        Application for energy-saving certification of LED road/tunnel lighting products should first pass the safety and electromagnetic compatibility certification, specifically must meet the following safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards/certification rules requirements:

GB 7000.1-2007 "Lamps - Part 1: General requirements and tests"

GB 7000.5-2005 "Safety requirements for Road and Street Lighting Fixtures"

GB 17625.1-2003 "Electromagnetic compatibility limits Harmonic current emission limits (equipment input current per phase ≤16A)"

GB 17743-2007 Limits and methods of measurement for radio disturbance characteristics of Electrical lighting and similar equipment

GB/T 18595-2001 "General lighting equipment electromagnetic compatibility immunity requirements"
