One: Summary UL1993+UL8750LED Out Check note:

 

1. Lamp holder material must be copper, copper alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy. Copper composition ratio greater than 80%

2. The plastic electrical housing shall comply with the minimum thickness of the type specified in the UL file number and the combustion grade of at least 94V-0 or above, while HWI≤ 4, HAI ≤ 3. CTI values are Dry location&le. 4  Damp location ≤ 3 Wet location ≤ 2. Also have the corresponding RTI value (if the normal temperature rise is less than 65℃, can be ignored); The thickness of the metal shell is 1.2mm of the die-cast metal sheet and 0.66mm of the uncoated steel sheet, which can be allowed to 0.51mm if all the internal glue is filled; Non-ferrous metal sheet 0.81mm.

3. If there is LED LENS, if used as a shell function, it also needs to meet the requirements of the plastic shell.

4. The housing, if open, shall not be allowed to exceed 2mm in diameter, unless a cylindrical probe of any length of 2mm cannot reach the live conductor. (except the lamp cap part)

5. The internal power cord is required to be perforated and welded at one end of the PWB board, and mechanically fixed at one end of the lamp holder. The minimum wire is 24AWG.

7. When the electrical gap between the insulation material and the metal shell is greater than half of the required electrical gap in Table 6.1, the thickness of the insulation material can be reduced to 0.305mm
