    The brightness of the 10Wled fluorescent lamp is brighter than the traditional 40W fluorescent lamp, and the 16W led fluorescent lamp is brighter than the traditional 64W fluorescent lamp, and the brightness of the LED fluorescent lamp is especially softer and easier for people to receive. LED fluorescent lamp installation is relatively simple, it is divided into two kinds of power supply built-in and external, power supply built-in LED fluorescent lamp installation, take off the original fluorescent lamp replaced by LED fluorescent lamp, and remove the ballast and glow device, so that 220V AC power directly added to both ends of the LED fluorescent lamp. Luminous principle:
The terminal voltage of the PN junction constitutes a certain barrier, and when the forward bias voltage is added, the barrier decreases, and most carriers in the P region and N region diffuse to each other. Because the electron mobility is much larger than the hole mobility, a large number of electrons will diffuse to the P-region, constituting the injection of a few carriers in the P-region. These electrons combine with holes in the valence band, and the resulting energy is released in the form of light energy. This is the principle of PN junction luminescence.

Generally referred to as the external quantum efficiency of the component, it is the product of the internal quantum efficiency of the component and the extraction efficiency of the component. The so-called internal quantity of a component.

Early component development focused on improving its internal quantum efficiency, the main method is to improve the quality of the barrier crystal and change the structure of the barrier crystal, so that electrical energy is not easy to convert into heat energy, and then indirectly improve the luminous efficiency of the LED, so that about 70% of the theoretical internal quantum efficiency can be obtained, but such internal quantum efficiency is almost close to the theoretical limit. In this case, it is impossible to increase the total light amount of the component by improving the internal quantum efficiency of the component, so improving the extraction efficiency of the component has become an important research topic. At present, the main methods are: the change of grain shape. — TIP structure, surface coarsening technology.  
Electrical characteristics:
Current control device, the load characteristics are similar to the PN junction UI curve, a small change in the forward voltage will cause a large change in the forward current (exponential level), the reverse leakage current is very small, there is a reverse breakdown voltage. Optical properties:
LED provides a large half-width monochromatic light, because the semiconductor's energy gap decreases with the rise of temperature, so the peak wavelength emitted by it increases with the rise of temperature, that is, the spectral redshift, the temperature coefficient is +2~3A/. LED luminance L is approximately proportional to the forward current: K is the proportional coefficient. As the current increases, the luminosity increases approximately. In addition, the luminous brightness is also related to the ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high, the recombination efficiency decreases and the luminous intensity decreases.  
Thermal properties:
Small current, LED temperature rise is not obvious. If the ambient temperature is high, the main wavelength of the LED will be redshifted, the brightness will decrease, and the luminous uniformity and consistency will become worse. In particular, the temperature rise of dot matrix and large display screen has a more significant impact on the reliability and stability of LED. So thermal design is key.  
Lifetime:
LED long-term work light decay caused by aging, especially for high-power LED, light decay problem is more serious. When measuring the life of the LED, it is far from enough to take the damage of the lamp as the end of the life of the LED, and the life of the LED should be defined by the percentage of light attenuation of the LED, such as 35%, which is more meaningful.

Common fluorescent lamp Features
The ordinary fluorescent lamp has a filament at each end, the tube is filled with a trace of argon and thin mercury vapor, the inner wall of the tube is coated with fluorescent powder, the gas between the two filaments emits ultraviolet light when conducting electricity, so that the fluorescent powder emits soft visible light.  
The working characteristics of ordinary fluorescent lamp: a high voltage is required when the lamp starts to light, and only a small current is allowed through the normal light, and the voltage at both ends of the lamp is lower than the power supply voltage.  
The ordinary daylight lamp tube is equipped with filament at both ends, and the inner wall of the glass tube is coated with a uniform layer of thin fluorescent powder. After the tube is pumped to a vacuum of 10-3-10-4 mm Hg, a small amount of inert gas is filled, and a trace amount of liquid mercury is also injected. Inductive ballast is an iron core inductance coil, the nature of inductance is that when the current in the coil changes, it will cause a change in magnetic flux in the coil, resulting in induced electromotive force, which is opposite to the direction of the current, thus hindering the current change.  
The glow-lifter acts as a switch in the circuit. It is formed by a neon discharge tube in parallel with a capacitor. The function of the capacitor is to eliminate the electromagnetic interference to the power supply and form a vibration loop with the ballast to increase the starting pulse voltage amplitude. One electrode in the discharge tube is composed of bimetal sheet, which is heated by the discharge of neon bubble. When the bimetal sheet is opened and closed, the current of the inductor ballast will change abruptly and high voltage pulse will be generated and added to both ends of the lamp tube.  
When the ordinary fluorescent lamp is connected to the circuit, the glow discharge between the two electrodes of the glow starter starts, so that the bimetal sheet is heated and expanded and in contact with the static contact pole, so the power supply, ballast, filament and glow starter form a closed loop, the current preheats the filament, and when the heating time is 1-3 seconds, the glow discharge between the two electrodes of the glow starter is extinguished. With the bimetal sheet cooling and the static contact pole is disconnected, when the two electrodes are disconnected, the current in the circuit suddenly disappears, so the ballast produces a high-voltage pulse, it is superimposed with the power supply, added to both ends of the lamp, so that the inert gas in the lamp ionization and arc discharge, in the normal luminous process, the ballast's self-inductance also plays the role of stabilizing the current in the circuit.  
By comparing the attribute characteristics of LED fluorescent lamp with those of ordinary fluorescent lamp, the conclusion is drawn:
LED fluorescent lamps and ordinary fluorescent lamps have the following advantages:
Energy saving, long life, good applicability, because of the small size of a single LED, it can be made into any shape, short response time, environmental protection, no harmful metals, waste is easy to recycle, gorgeous color, pure luminous color, narrow spectral range, and can be mixed into seven colors or white light through red, green and blue three primary colors.  
LED fluorescent lamp and ordinary fluorescent lamp comparison LED fluorescent lamp has the disadvantages as follows: the price is expensive, can generally do the light efficiency and theoretical light efficiency there is a big gap, can do the life and theoretical life there is a big gap. There is still a certain amount of heat, and the light decay can be greatly reduced.  
Advantages:
