      1, LED color difference problem
    In the application of a single LED, there is basically no color difference problem, but if many leds are put into use together or a lamp has multiple leds at the same time, the color difference problem is prominent. First of all, a group of lamps, if at a glance to see the color of the light is inconsistent, I think the happy mood will have to play a discount. Although the LED is divided into eight military regions according to color temperature like LUXEON, and then several cells are divided in the right of each military region, and a large range of color difference is controlled to a certain extent, there are still differences in the same batch of leds in the same color region, and this difference still cannot escape the provocation of the naked eye.
 
    2, LED insulation problem
    (The insulation referred to here refers to the heat dissipation substrate for the positive and negative poles of the LED) dare not say that we are the first to find the insulation problem of the LED, but at least the big manufacturers are surprised by our questions. So far, the fundamental problem has not been solved, and only remedial measures have been taken, such as treating insulation with aluminum substrate (the original aluminum substrate was not insulated, and it is almost done now) may be incomprehensible to everyone. A single LED is not insulated, the impact is not large, and there is a problem when multiple leds are connected in series
 
    3, LED anti-pulse problem
    This problem is still controversial with the manufacturer, in my practical application does exist, mainly reflected in the cold pulse, that is, the moment of power on, a few LED in the cold state of the moment of power breakdown or disconnect. I don't think it's static or high voltage (boot voltage is in range).
 
    4, LED light Angle problem
    Because the LED lens package of each manufacturer is not the same, even if it is the same luminous Angle (nominal Angle), the effect is not the same, making the selection of the condenser more difficult, it is still not universal.
 
    5, LED potential blind hazards
    LED light point is too concentrated so that the center point brightness is super strong, so it is easy to hurt people's eyes, although some lighting manufacturers make efforts in this regard, but due to the lag of regulations, it can only be a moral issue for people.
 
    6, LED heating problem
    In theory, LED is not much heat, but due to the current technology is not mature, LED heating is well known, I do not want to say more.
 
    7, LED efficiency is low (luminous rate)
    At present, the electrical conversion efficiency of LED is too low (because there is no instrument test, dare not give specific data).
 
    8, LED brightness is not enough
    The lack of brightness makes the current LED in the lighting industry can only play a supporting role, mainly used for decoration.
     
    9, LED light decay and life
    At present, the mainland or Taiwan produced LED light failure and life problems are more serious, not to say much, big manufacturers such as LUXEON nominal 100,000 hours, I am afraid that only their own psychological clear, coupled with the heat dissipation solution is good or bad, driver matching may affect the LED light failure and life, so 100,000 hours is just a selling point!
 
    10, LED driver power problem
    At present, most of the drive lines are borrowed from the switching power supply, of course, there are a very small number of lines are dedicated to the LED drive, but the effect is basically the same, because the LED requires DC drive, take constant current control, making the drive line is quite large, can not be compared with the electronic transformer, and the efficiency is relatively low, up to 80% is good (single can not reach). In addition, in order to pursue applicability, manufacturers claim that a driver can take ten or more random connections (one, two can), in fact, this is a misunderstanding, although it is a constant current, too high initial voltage will often lead to death in an instant.
 
    11, LED modeling limited
    Due to the characteristics of LED single-sided luminescence, the shape of LED lamps is limited to a certain extent.
 
    12, LED unit price is too high
    An imported 1W-3WLED is mostly about 3 US dollars, and the domestic one is also more than 10 pieces (poor quality, no intellectual property rights). A 6 LED lamp or so is sold to consumers, almost 1000 RMB, I would like to ask you whether you want to buy color TV or buy lamps.
